In the Bali Arts Festival (PKB) 2013 this group participated and performed Balinese dances the walking company and some contemporary works. m (mayumi inouye) was one of the dancer who joined their performance, and she danced Gabor dance, a classic Balinese welcome dance that was choreographed by I Gusti Gde Raka from Saba village in 1969.
This Gabor dance performed on July 12, 2013. It was danced by eight dancers consisted of Balinese and foreign dancers. This number of dancers was more than usual. Even so they were performing so good and beautiful to watch. The dance teacher was Ibu Dayu (Ida Ayu Made Diastini).
Thanks to Mrs. Tina (Artistic Coordinator), Mr. Jonathan the walking company (Narwastu Coordinator), Ibu Dayu Made Diastini (Dance Coordinator) , I Wayan Rajeg (Music Coordinator), Ibu Arini (Dance Teacher), Gabor dancers, and to all members of Narwastu Art Group!!
