There are certain things that you wish had a little longer shelf life. I'm not talking about milk and other foods, but things that are nice to have but that does not hold for long without constant maintenance. As a fresh clean the house, for example. The feeling when it is neat and clean home is awesome, but after two days rolls the dust bunnies in the corners anyway. Or training, if you are clever and is located in the workout a few months it feels great in body and mind, but as soon as you lose the urge and take residence a couple of weeks to clear the agility and strength directly. And then this thing with sunburn. You feel so much fitter and fresher when you are brown, but as soon as you do not stay in the sun fades the color.
